We currently ship within the 50 United States only.
Cost
FREE on every order. We select the best available method for your destination and weight.
Processing time
Typically 1–2 business days after roast/pack.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email; carriers may take up to ~24 hours to show scans.
Risk of loss
Title and risk pass when the carrier accepts the shipment. We’ll help troubleshoot delivery issues.

Marked “delivered”
Check neighbors, building office, and household; then contact the carrier for GPS/confirmation. If still missing, write to us.
Damaged items
Photograph the packaging and contents; include the images with your note so we can act quickly.
Address changes
If you spot an error, contact us immediately—changes aren’t guaranteed once a label is created.

♻️ Returns, Replacements & Refunds

🔔 Perishables & Custom/POD: Coffee/drink items are not returnable once shipped (freshness & safety). Custom / Print-on-Demand merchandise is final sale. If anything arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, write to us with your order number (and photos if applicable) and we’ll review and set it right—replacement or refund where appropriate.
