📦Do you offer FREE shipping? +
Yes—every order ships FREE within the United States. No minimums, no tiers.
⏱️How quickly do orders ship? +
We typically process and hand off orders within 1–2 business days after roast/pack. Carriers sometimes take up to 24 hours to show the first scan.
☕Can I return coffee? +
Perishables (coffee & drink items) aren’t returnable once shipped for freshness and safety. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, send photos with your order number and we’ll set it right.
🛍️What about merch? +
Custom / Print-on-Demand merch is final sale. If a piece arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it.
⚙️Whole bean or ground? +
We roast for freshness; whole bean is standard. If grind options are offered on a release, you’ll choose your grind at checkout.
🚚Which carriers do you use? +
Major U.S. carriers. We pick the best available method for your destination and weight (it’s still free to you).
📫My package says “delivered,” but I can’t find it. +
Check neighbors, building office, and household. If still missing, contact the carrier for GPS/confirmation, then write to us with your order number—we’ll help troubleshoot.

Choose a cadence at checkout. You can pause, change, or cancel before the next charge from your account page.
